Each week we will explore a chapter of John C. Maxwell's Everyone Communicates, Few Connect, share perspectives, and leave with something practical to apply to our relationships, work, and everyday lives.
The experience

- A Firebase Leadership Certificate of Completion for participants who meet all ten-session attendance and participation requirements

Before we begin
The commitments that make this group work.
Privacy, trust, and an unrecorded space
Firebase Leadership will not record or transcribe these sessions. Participants may not record, livestream, transcribe, or use AI meeting assistants, transcription tools, automated note-taking bots, or agents. Please disable these before joining. Personal handwritten notes are welcome; respect other people's stories and do not distribute their comments without permission.
Attendance and completion
All ten weekly sessions and active participation are required for a Certificate of Completion. Makeup sessions are not offered. Missed meetings do not qualify for prorated refunds or credits.
Cancellation, refunds, and future credits
Cancel before January 5, 2027, at 7:00 PM Eastern for a full refund. After that deadline but before the program begins, eligible voluntary cancellations receive a credit equal to the amount paid toward a future Firebase Leadership Mastermind, valid for twelve months from January 19, 2027, subject to availability. Credits do not guarantee placement, and introductory founding discounts do not carry forward. After the program begins, no refunds or credits are offered for withdrawal or missed sessions. If Firebase Leadership cancels the program, a full refund will be provided. Material schedule changes that prevent attendance qualify for a refund or mutually agreed credit. Seat transfers require advance approval. Applicable consumer rights remain intact.
